For those of you who do not know about 4 months after Jordan and I got married we got a puppy, and named him Tucker. He won our hearts over from the second that we saw him when we went to buy him. a few days ago we went to let him out from his room(the bathroom) where he sleeps to find a very gross mess. The poor little guy had apparently been up all night sick to his stomach. We tried to get him to drink some water only to have him puke it all up. We decided he should go to the vet. While he was at the vet he proceeded to throw up, and they actually started him on an IV because he was very dehydrated. 200 dollars later they sent us home with antibiotics, and ulcer medicine, and some weird kind of dog food. The vet told us that he is pretty sure he is suffering from ulcers, and that it is important that we treat them so that it does not turn into something more serious like pancreatitis. Poor guy has been laying around all day long next to the heater, because we also woke up to another suprise...SNOW!!!! It snowed all day long, i took a picture of our front yard, although it does not look like a lot, the roads are really slippery, and most all of the schools in Albuquerque were cancelled! How fun for the kiddos!! I watched some of the neighbor kids playing out in the snow earlier. Those were the best days when you were awoken by your parents to find you did not have to go to school for the day! I also got my hair cut and highlighted which is always super exciting. It was a really good freezing cold day (actually the news said that it was colder in ABQ that day than it was in Fairbanks Alaska, I don't think that we even got to 20 degrees that day, actually coldest day on record since 1971. For the rest of the week there was no school, not because of snow, but because of energy problems. It has been so cold and people were running their heaters more than usual and so there have been lots of people all over NM who did not have heat! It was pretty scary, I think things are getting back to normal though which is good! Here are some pictures!!
